Holidays 

Full time employees have 10 paid holidays per year, four of which are considered floating holidays. Part-time employees receive holiday pay proportionate to their regularly scheduled work week.

Sick leave 

Full-time employees accrue sick leave bi-weekly (up to two weeks per year). It is to be used for non-occupational illnesses or injuries. Part-time employees are eligible for reduced sick leave accruals based on hours paid. Sick leave may also be used for illnesses of your immediate family members that meet the criteria listed in our Sick Leave Policy. 

Vacation 

Full-time employees accrue vacation based on years of service, starting with three weeks of paid vacation time. Part-time employees are eligible for reduced vacation leave accruals based on hours paid. Employees may carry over up to 240 hours at the end of the calendar year.  Hours over 240 hours are paid out to the employee at the end of the calendar year with a maximum of 320 hours.
