Capital Accumulation Plan (The CAP) 

The company sponsors a 401(k) Plan for all eligible full and part-time employees.

Plan features: 

  • The company will match employee contributions, 100 percent of the first 3 percent saved and 50 percent of the next 2 percent. 

  • Pre-tax and Roth after-tax contributions (or a combination of both) are allowed. 

  • Employees who work at least one hour of service vest immediately in their company contributions. 

  • Employees may contribute 1 to 50 percent of their salary on a tax-deferred basis, up to IRS limits. 

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance 

We provide Basic Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance equal to one-time annual salary up to $50,000.  

  • Employees may purchase Optional Life equal to one to five times annual salary up to $700,000. 

  • Employees may purchase coverage for their spouse and/or any children. 

Short-term disability insurance 

After seven days of total disability, or on the first day of hospital confinement of 24 hours or more, or have outpatient surgery in a hospital or surgical setting, employees who enroll will receive 80 percent of their regular weekly salary ($4,000 max. benefit) for the first nine weeks of disability; and 60 percent of their regular weekly salary for the next four weeks. 

Long-term disability insurance 

After 90 days of disability, employees who enroll will receive a monthly benefit equal to 60 percent of their regular monthly base salary, subject to a maximum benefit of $8,500 per month.
